     I believe t hat the best way to study a foreign languages is to talk with person who speak the language as first language. First, if you speak the anguages, you can study not only speak ing but also listening and grammar. Some people state that reading is the best way, but you will not study how do you communicate with other person in the way. If you don't talk with other person in the language, you never be able to speak the language probably.
